## About the Role

1. Describe your knowledge and experience of Windows Active Directory and shared folder permissions.

 2. Describe your knowledge and experience of installing/troubleshooting local and network printers.

 3. Describe your knowledge and experience of IT hardware asset management and IT hardware lifecycle.

 4. Describe your knowledge and experience providing customer support for Information Technology related items.

 5. Describe your knowledge and experience of imaging and replacing workstations for a customer.

## Description
