## About the Role

A bachelor's degree in a business-related field such as business administration, information technology, finance, or marketing (or a similar field).

Strong experience working in Agile/Hybrid environments, translating business requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria.

Ability to break down complex business requirements into smaller user stories for development teams, while ensuring that technical constraints, limitations and dependencies are considered.

Experience working on projects involving vendor owned, designed and hosted solutions.

The preferred candidate must possess and demonstrate strong troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

4+ years Business Analyst or similar experience

Recent experience of working in an Agile development environment, e.g. Scrum or Kanban

Experience using Azure Devops or similar tool for work item management and source control.

Experience with Microsoft tool such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
