The developer should have the ability to review requirements and craft technical design documentation that allows for future scalability, interoperability, and reduced maintenance. The developer should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to establish effective working relationships and manage multiple priorities. The developer must demonstrate a clear history of technical growth and positively inspiring teams towards their goals. This role will perform any technical project assignments with the assistance of Senior and Consulting developers. The developer must be able to identify, investigate, evaluate and become proficient in new technologies and technical disciplines that are of significance to Parallon.
