## About the Role

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

 1. Prioritize, refine, and manage the product backlog
 2. Interview users, stakeholders, and business leaders to understand key priorities, capabilities, limitations, and overall vision.
 3. Technically competent in writing technical user stories. Experience working in reporting applications
 4. Significant experience working in java development along with strong Agile ceremony discipline
 5. Able to understand supporting data domains -customer, claims, benefits, eligibility and enrollment

## Description

7. Stakeholder Engagement & Management, Client & Vendor Relations, Team Mentoring, People Management, Cross-Functional proactive Communication & Workshop Facilitation etc.
 8. Lead compelling demos, within the Agile Release Train (ART) to showcase cross-team demos of common features and Epics
 9. Coordinate UAT planning and execution for ongoing product releases, improving release cycle efficiency and defect resolution times.
 10. Work with scrum masters and agile teams to ensure product artifacts meet the definition of ready and definition of done
 11. Develop and track progress against a product roadmap to build enhancing capabilities over time
 12. Manage impediments and problems, resolve issues, and fix broken processes where possible
 13. Be open to feedback from business partners, teams, and peers; willing to give feedback
 14. Participate in agile ceremonies; provide coaching where applicable
 15. Align with other product managers when needed from an overall product, organization, or cross-ART perspective
