DuPont Community Credit Union (DCCU) is currently seeking a highly motivated, career-oriented individual to join our Product Development team as a Product Owner - Online Banking and help drive innovative solutions that create value for our members and employees., * A bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, along with experience in business analysis, product ownership, or a related technical role.

 * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and conceptually.
 * Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
 * Experience managing priorities, collaborating across teams, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
 * Experience writing user stories, managing product backlogs, and supporting Agile product development practices.
 * A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning, collaboration, and delivering high-quality solutions.

## Description

* Serve as the Product Owner for DCCU's online banking experience, helping to shape and enhance a key digital channel for our members.
 * Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned products that support our employees and members.
 * Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
 * Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear user cases, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements.
 * Prioritize and manage product backlogs to maximize business value and deliver impactful solutions.
 * Partner with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle-from concept and design through testing, launch, and ongoing enhancement.
 * Lead requirement-gathering sessions and facilitate collaboration among business leaders, technical teams, and end users.
 * Validate completed work through functional, non-functional, and regression testing to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
 * Create process documentation, wireframes, and technical diagrams that support successful product development.
 * Drive continuous improvement by evaluating existing systems and recommending solutions that enhance the member and employee experience.
