This is an exciting opportunity to make a profound impactininnovation of the humanoid bot manufacturing space. Tesla is a demanding and fast-paced environment where you will work on a critical subsystem of the Optimus architecture. The successful Process Engineer will work with cross-functional teams to aggressively ramp the Optimus to full-scale production and beyond. This individual will develop robust operational processes togreatly improveefficiency and quality in Bot manufacturing. This includes analysis of yield, cycle time, and process capability. The engineer willleveragelean manufacturing principles, poke yoke fixtures, data visualization, material flow, andpossessan exceptional ability to root cause based on first principles. They willidentifytrends and signals in process data to allow rapid generational leaps in Bot manufacturability and rate. This individual is exceptional at communication through data, with a demonstrated ability todeleteand simplify complex process steps.
