Master's degree preferred., * 7+ years of experience in the electric utility industry, with at least 3 years focused on CIM design and implementation. * Proven experience with IEC 61970 and IEC 61968 standards and their application in utility environments. * Hands-on experience with data modeling tools (e.g., Sparx Enterprise Architect, CIMTool) and data exchange formats (e.g., XML, RDF, JSON). * Familiarity with utility systems such as SCADA, DMS, EMS, GIS, or OMS (Outage Management System). Technical Skills: * Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, or SQL) for model automation and data processing. * Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, middleware, and APIs * Understanding of electrical network operations, including transmission and distribution systems.
