Design tools, communications, and training to drive adoption across programs and stakeholders. Partner with PMO and program teams to integrate change tactics, evaluate effectiveness, and coach client staff for sustained process and people change., We're seeking a Change Manager, PM Consultant who will be responsible for supporting an enterprise cross functional PMO team by developing, defining and integrating change management best practices for all applicable program initiatives. This role will evaluate and redefine program activities and implement change management practices across systems, processes and people. This could include system integration efforts, tool implementations, employee trainings, enterprise level communications, and process optimization efforts. Experience with formal change management strategies utilizing PROSCI is necessary. This is a long term remote role (9 months+) working CST hours and will require travel once a month to Houston, TX. All qualified candidates must be authorized to work in the US and not require visa sponsorship or transfer. All candidates must live and work in the US during the length of this engagement.
