## About the Role

* High School diploma or equivalent
 * Associates degree and/or 4+ years experience with PC systems, related peripherals and common software programs and Windows Operating Systems.
 * Experience imaging machines with SCCM.
 * Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, interpersonal skills and team-oriented attitude.
 * Demonstrate active listening skills with ability to act with sensitivity and empathize with customer's situation.
 * Demonstrate compassion and discretion in a patient care environment in support of overall service provided to the customer
 * Ability to lift 50 lb

## Description

 * Install and deploy hardware components.
 * Install and deploy software applications.
 * Image and configure machines using SCCM
 * Structure user workstations.
 * Transport a work system to a new location.
 * Switch to a different workstation system.
 * Alter the end user.
 * Install additional hardware
 * Install additional software
 * Alter the existing hardware configuration
 * Update installed software
 * Customize software settings
 * Uninstall unused software
 * Troubleshoot issues and provide resolutions

Additional responsibilities:

 * Ensure proper tracking and maintenance of hardware and software systems utilized by the team.
 * Act as the liaison between Zones' team and the customer.
 * Follow specific instructions provided by the customer
 * Maintain a clean work environment.
 * Other duties as assigned.
