## About the Role

* Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent professional field experience.
 * Minimum 2 years of experience working in an internal corporate IT service desk or technical support environment.
 * Proficient with Windows 10/11, MacOS, Microsoft 365 Administration, Active Directory, and basic LAN/WAN networking concepts (knowledge of domain controller, DNS, DCHP, and network administration is a plus).
 * Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices including MFA, phishing awareness, endpoint protection, and access control.
 * Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques.

Strong customer service, communication, and time management skills.

## Description

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide high-quality technical assistance to our internal team members across multiple companies. This role requires rapid technical adaptation, excellent multitasking, scrupulous attention to detail, and a love for problem solving., * Provide support while communicating technical issues to non-technical users.

 * Log, categorize, track, and resolve incoming hardware, software, and network issues via our ticketing system.
 * Provide remote and in-person troubleshooting for Windows 11/10/MacOS devices, Microsoft 365 apps, and cloud tools.
 * Provision employee accounts, reset credentials, and modify security permissions using Active Directory.
 * Configure, test, deploy, and maintain corporate laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and workstation hardware.
 * Monitor and maintain compliance with company security policies and IT standards.
 * Assist with inventory management and asset tracking of IT equipment and software licenses.
 * Escalate complex issues to senior IT personnel, vendors, or third-party support providers when required.
