Skills and Abilities: * Strong SQL/Database skills with MS SQL Server. * Working knowledge of automated job scheduling. * Experience with software version control, change management processes, and data modeling concepts. * Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers with varying technical backgrounds. * EZ-CAP experience is a plus, not mandatory. * Experience in a Healthcare Domain preferred, not mandatory. * Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex solutions. * High energy levels and tolerance of tight deadlines, time pressures, and ambiguity. * Ability to work independently with minimal direction and supervision * Strong organizational skills - a must. ## Description The Tableau/Crystal Reports Developer position at MedPOINT Management in the Health Information Technology (HIT) department is responsible for developing, designing, updating, and maintaining Tableau and Crystal Reports and dashboards that are used for analysis by the operational departments. In addition, this person prepares reports using the two visualization and data modeling methods depending on which tool is the best solution for the project requested.
