This role involves performing the following duties personally or through collaboration with others., * Reviews and analyzes project proposals and documents to determine time frame, funding, procedures for accomplishing the project, staffing requirements, and resource allocation for various phases of the project. * Establishes work plans and resources for each phase of the project, arranging for the assignment of project personnel and deadlines. * Coordinates with project staff to outline work plans, assign duties and responsibilities. * Coordinates activities of project personnel and vendors to ensure project progresses on schedule and within the budget. * Prepares detailed project reports for management and other stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and recommendations. * Conducts regular assessments and inform ED/VP of any potential risk to the projects * Process project change requests, ensuring all changes are documented and communicated effectively. In addition, maintains project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and post-project evaluations. * Facilitates and presents at project meetings and ensures clear communication and alignment among stakeholders. * Research and recommend best practices to ensure projects are process and procedure driven by organization needs. * Utilizes project management software and tools to track project progress and performance. * Stays current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to project management and IT. * Other duties as assigned ## Related Videos - [You’re a great coder?
