Preferred Qualifications * Experience working with Accessible Information Management (AIM) and Qualtrics. * Strong working knowledge of Universal Design (for Learning) principles. ## Description Position Overview: The Testing Center Coordinator serves as an integral member of the Access Services team to provide equal access and inclusion for undergraduate, graduate, and postbaccalaureate students with disabilities. The successful candidate will provide a secure, welcoming, and accessible Testing Center experience for students with accommodation. Essential responsibilities include working directly with students with disabilities and Bryn Mawr College faculty and staff to ensure access to programs and services in accordance with relevant federal and state laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (amended 2008) and section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, specifically through the implementation of accommodations for tests and assessments., * Coordinate scheduling of tests and quizzes with faculty and students. * Prepare assessment materials before their scheduled time. * Proctor tests and quizzes. * Maintain and revise forms and agreements. * Train and support staff/student proctors. * Manage the Testing Center environment and equipment. * Supervise student workers, as needed. Communications, Reports & Records Management * Maintain departmental files, statistics and data, and maintain confidential materials in accordance with federal and state laws. * Collect and share data about the use and function about the Testing Center each semester for use in reports. * Maintain and update the Testing Center website as needed. Student & Faculty Support Resources * Respond to questions and concerns about the implementation of testing and assessment accommodations from faculty and students, including brainstorming creative solutions in line with course goals and access needs. * Refer and help connect students and faculty with resources across campus. * Serve as the point of contact for any alleged academic dishonesty cases that involve the Testing Center, including addressing concerns during an exam and/or providing statements to the Honor Board. Team, Committee and Meeting Participation * Collaborate with the Access Services team on campus education initiatives and other team projects/activities. * Participate in the Accessibility Leadership subcommittee meetings. * Attend and contribute to larger team and divisional meetings and events. * May perform other duties as assigned. ## Related Videos - [Oh S***!
