This role will support critical business applications by providing production support, troubleshooting technical issues, and contributing to ongoing application enhancements and stability improvements. As a Sr. Analyst, you will work closely with Lead Engineers, Software Development Engineers, Product Owners, QA teams, and business stakeholders to investigate and resolve production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement code fixes.
