You will be successful in this role if you... * Have a good understanding of Google G Suite Applications. * Demonstrate the ability to work well in a team environment and communicate effectively across the department. * Have a willingness to learn and assist in building a streamlined process. ## Description The Festival Technical Support Assistant, Account Creation is charged with supporting the Tech Services team in user account creation for Sundance Institute employees leading up to the annual Sundance Film Festival. Working closely under the Associate Director, Tech Services, and closely with the Junior Systems Admin, this role supports Sundance Institute's commitment to discovering, supporting, and inspiring independent film and media artists from the United States and around the world, and to introduce audiences to their new work. This temporary position works part-time (20-30 hours per week) from Wednesday, September 2, 2026 to Friday, February 19, 2027. This is a fully remote role that may be based out of any of our operating states and does not require any onsite work duties. This role may work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends following a period of training within standard business hours.
