The ideal candidate combines strong Java development expertise with a consultative mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions that solve real-world business challenges., * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. * 8+ years of software development experience utilizing Java and JavaScript in enterprise environments. * Strong knowledge of modern software engineering practices, software testing methodologies, and Agile development frameworks. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and effectively engage with customers and technical teams.
