The Help Desk Technician operates as part of a key Command and Control, Communications and Cyber (C4) technical focal point. This role involves providing Tier 1 troubleshooting support for HQ executive community members, including Flag/General Officers (FOGO), in offices, quarters, and during travel. The technician also supports distinguished visitors and command-level special events and also manages communications for significant personnel within the area of responsibility.
