The consultant will be responsible for defining end-to-end multi-cloud integration strategies across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, while setting foundational data and governance standards. Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud is a highly valued plus to support real-time data harmonization and unified profile objectives. Scope of Work & Deliverables Multi-Cloud Solution Architecture * Design and document target-state architecture blueprints connecting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, delivering a seamless 360-degree customer view. Data Flow & Journey Integration * Architect lead-to-opportunity lifecycles and high-throughput data pipelines between Marketing Cloud (MC Connect, Journey Builder, Data Extensions) and Core Salesforce.
