Experteer Overview In this Lead HRIS role, you will own day-to-day Workday operations across HCM, TA, Time and Absence, Payroll, and reporting, ensuring data integrity and compliant processes. You'll translate business needs into scalable HRIS solutions while guiding junior teammates and coordinating with vendors. You'll lead releases, testing, and post-launch support to enable reliable HR technology across a global organization. You'll work closely with stakeholders to optimize governance and automation, shaping how HR information drives business decisions.
