## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10+ Years of of overall IT experience with 3+ years in a Technical/Solution Architect role.
 * Hands on experience in SQL Server, ADF (Orchestration), POWERBI, Snowflake, Prefect (Orchestration), ServiceNow, GIT, ADO
 * Strong domain knowledge of Home Health business processes - including eligibility, authorizations, clinical workflows, EMR systems (HCHB preferred), and post-acute care coordination.
 * Working knowledge of data integration patterns (HL7/FHIR, ETL pipelines, data warehousing)
 * Experience with cloud-native architectures (Azure preferred) and DevOps practices.
 * Familiarity with Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks.
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
