This role will serve as the central design authority supporting multiple delivery teams and applications, ensuring consistent, intuitive, and mission-aligned user experiences across diverse technology stacks. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys working alongside our technical project teams and our federal customers to recommend and deliver UI/UX assets and design constructs that our teams can use quickly and efficiently utilize across a variety of technical environments (e.g. React-based custom applications, Microsoft Power App solutions, etc.). The ideal candidate is well versed in user experience strategy and accessibility standards, and thrives in complex, mission-driven environments. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 or more years of experience in UI/UX design and implementation, including working alongside or embedded within development teams to help them deliver faster while ensuring a professional, modern, intuitive user experience that is compliant with federal design standards.
