 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Experience in global End User Computing (EUC) and Digital Workplace environments.

Preferred Certifications:

 * Nexthink Certified Professional / Expert.
 * ITIL Foundation or equivalent.

## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Nexthink Architect and Automation SME to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Nexthink across a global IT environment. The role will focus on driving proactive IT operations, digital employee experience (DEX) improvements, automation, and self-healing capabilities to enhance service quality and reduce operational effort., * Architect and implement Nexthink solutions aligned to business and IT objectives.

 * Design and develop Nexthink Investigations, Campaigns, Remote Actions, and dashboards.
 * Build automation and self-healing use cases to improve employee experience and reduce incident volumes.
 * Drive proactive monitoring and data-driven insights for End User Services environments.
 * Integrate Nexthink with ITSM and automation platforms such as ServiceNow, PowerShell, Aisera, and Microsoft technologies.
 * Define DEX metrics, reporting frameworks, and executive dashboards.
 * Provide technical leadership, governance, and best practices for Nexthink adoption.
 * Collaborate with Service Desk, Workplace Services, Infrastructure, and Security teams to identify automation opportunities.
