 * Strong experience in communications closets and rack/cabinet work.
 * Knowledge of LAN/WAN basics, Cisco phones/switches/routers.
 * Familiarity with 66/110 blocks and cross-connect procedures.
 * Ability to lift heavy equipment safely.
 * Excellent customer communication and problem-solving skills.

## Description

* Rack, stack, patch, and troubleshoot network devices.
 * Install and de-install switches, routers, phones, and related hardware.
 * Support Cisco & Avaya IP phone installs, programming, and troubleshooting.
 * Perform physical layer diagnostics using Sniffers, BERT, cable/fiber testers.
 * Complete MAC (Move/Add/Change) requests within SLA.
 * Support carrier circuit testing and backup connectivity checks.
 * Assist with facilities tasks: UPS restoral, cooling issues, water events, fire suppression activities.
 * Manage inventory: receiving, tagging, tracking spares, returning damaged equipment.
 * Communicate clearly with customers and act as onsite interface with management.
