* Significant experience leading enterprise financial ERP implementations.
 * Proven experience managing complex projects from planning through go-live.
 * Strong understanding of financial systems and core accounting/finance processes.
 * Experience coordinating technical and functional teams across multiple workstreams.
 * Strong project management, risk management, budgeting, and resource planning skills.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
 * Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively with senior leadership.
 * Experience with Workday or similar financial ERP systems strongly preferred.
 * Experience with Workday HCM or related system integrations is a plus.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday Financials Senior Project Manager to lead a complex, enterprise-wide financial systems implementation. This highly visible role will oversee project execution, coordinate cross-functional workstreams, manage implementation partners, and ensure successful delivery from planning through go-live and post-launch support.

What You'll Do

 * Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday Financials, managing timelines, deliverables, resources, and dependencies.
 * Coordinate across Finance, Accounting, IT, Security, Infrastructure, and other key stakeholders.
 * Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external implementation partners.
 * Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, status reporting, and project governance.
 * Identify and manage project risks, roadblocks, dependencies, and scope changes.
 * Hold internal and external stakeholders accountable for milestones and deliverables.
 * Provide regular project updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
 * Lead the project through implementation, deployment, and post-go-live support.
 * Ensure systems and processes are designed to support future integration and scalability.
