Experteer Overview In this role you will develop and refine AI models to enhance customer service automation. You'll apply prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and build AI tools to integrate into service workflows. You'll work with cross-functional teams to boost operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through AI-driven improvements.
