## Description

Experteer Overview In this role, you will join Nuro's ML Infrastructure team to design, build, and operate core ML infrastructure for autonomy. You will enable end-to-end ML workflows-from data pipelines to model deployment-across the fleet of self-driving robots. You will contribute to robust, scalable systems that support on-road validation and real-time inference. This role offers the chance to shape the foundational platform powering autonomous mobility at scale, in a collaborative, research-driven environment. Compensation / Benefits * Design and develop ML workflow pipelines to train, optimize, validate, and deploy autonomy models * Develop and maintain continuous testing and monitoring systems for core ML infrastructure components * Build observability to track ML model lifecycles from data generation to on-road validation * Maintain an in-house ML inference platform for large language models * Maintain an in-house ML compiler platform to compile/deploy/validate autonomy models on various hardware platforms Tasks * Bachelor, Master, or PhD (degree in a relevant field) with 1+ years of experience * Strong proficiency in Python; familiarity with C++ * Technical excellence in performance, scalability, and code quality * Experience with ML pipelines and distributed systems * Ability to learn quickly and work independently in complex systems Key requirements * annual performance bonus * equity * competitive benefits package
