Preferred Experience: * Deep knowledge of Microsoft Viva Insights. * Experience with Viva Glint, Viva Pulse, Viva Engage, and broader Microsoft Viva capabilities. * Strong experience with Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Data Factory, Data Engineering, Real-Time Analytics, and Power BI. * Experience integrating HR, workforce, employee engagement, and operational datasets. * Understanding of employee experience, people analytics, workforce productivity, and organizational effectiveness metrics. * Experience working within highly regulated enterprise environments. ## Description * We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Viva & Microsoft Fabric Solution Architect to define and lead the end-to-end architecture for enterprise colleague insights, employee experience, and workforce analytics solutions. * The architect will work closely with business stakeholders, business analysts, and technical teams to translate colleague insight requirements into scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions leveraging Microsoft Viva, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Microsoft 365, and Azure services.
