## About the Role

* Strong experience with Power BI, including dashboard development and data modelling
 * Advanced DAX capability
 * Advanced Excel skills (data manipulation, reporting, analysis)
 * Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and clearly communicate data
 * Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders

Desirable Experience

 * Working knowledge of SQL
 * Experience using Power Query for data transformation
 * Exposure to VBA / Excel Macros
 * Experience working with large and complex datasets
 * Background in energy, construction, social housing, or property services
 * Awareness of platforms such as Snowflake

## Description

This is a high-impact Data Analyst role where you will turn complex operational and commercial data into clear, actionable insight that drives performance, supports decision-making, and improves how the business operates.

You will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality data insight across the business, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility of performance and the information needed to make informed decisions., * Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards that track operational and commercial performance across contracts and programmes

 * Use DAX to create robust, dynamic measures and scalable data models
 * Produce accurate and insightful reporting using advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis)
 * Analyse data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating findings into clear recommendations
 * Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, finance, and commercial teams to deliver relevant, insight-led reporting
 * Improve reporting efficiency by building automated and streamlined processes
 * Extract, transform, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
 * Support the ongoing development of a data-driven culture across the business
