This role oversees production support, incident response, problem management, change management, patching, upgrades, vulnerability remediation, backup and recovery, and capacity planning. The manager partners with application, infrastructure, cloud, security, architecture, risk, and audit teams to ensure Oracle platforms meet business, regulatory, and operational requirements.
