All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee. SKILLS/COMPETENCIES * Strong knowledge of identity concepts and standards, such as authentication, authorization, identity management, access control, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, etc. * Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. * Proven critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze information effectively to make sound decisions. * Ability to absorb new technology in short time frames. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that has competing and alternating priorities. ## Description This is an exciting opportunity to join the Textron Identity and Access Management team as a key contributor to the Enterprise IT function. In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain identity-related solutions to support the enterprise's needs.
