## Description

Zions Bancorporation is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to lead Financial Data Management, a team responsible for trusted financial, regulatory, and risk-adjusted profitability data. This Data Analytics Manager will own the strategy, delivery, modernization, and reliable operation of critical data products supporting regulatory reporting, liquidity and balance-sheet management, enterprise profitability, incentive compensation, expense and capital allocation, and other Finance capabilities.

The Data Analytics Manager will combine people leadership, financial-domain knowledge, data analytics engineering experience, and disciplined risk management. The role requires understanding the business meaning of financial data, not merely its technical implementation.

Responsibilities:

 * Lead and develop data analysts, analytics engineers, and technical leads.
 * Own financial data products supporting regulatory reporting, profitability/EPM, incentive compensation, expense allocation, and more.
 * Partner with Finance, Risk, Treasury, Regulatory Reporting, and technology stakeholders.
 * Translate financial requirements into reliable, governed data solutions.
 * Modernize legacy pipelines while maintaining stability and controls.
 * Manage priorities across operations, regulatory commitments, modernization, and business demand.
