This role will serve as the first point of contact for production application issues while collaborating with engineering teams to troubleshoot, develop, maintain, and enhance scalable software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java, JavaScript, AWS cloud technologies, and database systems, along with the ability to debug complex production issues, develop monitoring and automation solutions, and support large-scale enterprise applications.
