## Description

Experteer Overview In this role you drive Agile delivery for ground-based Space Domain Awareness radar projects, coordinating two IPTs to ensure timely software and hardware-driven product deliveries. You'll partner with IPT leads to implement an effective Agile framework, coaching teams and guiding process improvements. Your work enables secure, high-visibility mission readiness while supporting the broader Space Systems mission. This position offers growth as a Scrum Master across levels and exposure to cutting-edge radar technology. Compensation / Benefits * Manage and maintain Jira boards * Lead routine team standup meetings * Plan, coordinate, and execute planning events * Prepare and track performance metrics * Provide guidance and educate the team in Agile processes Tasks * Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance at time of application * Experience with Atlassian tool set (JIRA, Confluence) * Experience with Scrum and Kanban * Familiar with Systems Engineering principles * Ability to travel up to 10% * Level 2: 2 Years with Bachelors in Science * Level 3: 5 Years with Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with Masters; 1 Year with PhD Key requirements * health insurance * life and disability insurance * savings plan * company paid holidays * paid time off (PTO) * discretionary bonus
