## Description

Join a mission-driven team supporting the expansion of a product. This 12-month Senior Product Analyst consulting opportunity offers the chance to turn customer, operational, and adoption data into actionable insights that guide future implementation planning and growth.
Responsibilities

 * Gather, analyze, and synthesize customer, operational, and adoption data to support phased expansion planning.
 * Work closely with product, clinical, customer engagement, and implementation science stakeholders to evaluate transplant center characteristics, workflows, and readiness.
 * Assess search behaviors, engagement patterns, adoption drivers, and barriers to inform future implementation waves.
 * Develop a framework to prioritize transplant centers for upcoming rollout phases.
 * Translate pilot learnings into recommendations for segmentation, onboarding strategy, success metrics, and implementation considerations.
 * Provide ongoing analysis and reporting to support evidence-based decision-making and adoption measurement.
 * Help ensure future expansion efforts are targeted, practical, and aligned with business and customer needs.
