Qualification And Education: * Active Guidewire Analyst certification. * Guidewire Associate certified (preferred). ## Description * Lead QA testing efforts for Guidewire Policy Center implementations, upgrades, and integrations. * Design and develop detailed test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on business and system requirements. * Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing. * Validate batch processes, billing rules, and integrations with upstream/downstream systems. * Defect logging, tracking, and coordination with development for resolution. * Mentor junior testers and coordinate testing activities in a distributed team setup. * Analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
