## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
 * 5 to 10 years of proven experience in UI/UX design, specifically designing for web applications, complex dashboards, and mobile platforms.
 * Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a strong plus. Technical Proficiency Expertise in industry-standard design tools, particularly Figma and Adobe Photoshop. Proficiency with other key UI/UX and whiteboarding software such as Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Miro.
 * Strong understanding of responsive web design, mobile guidelines (iOS/Android), and digital accessibility standards.
 * Good to have: Familiarity designing for or integrating with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo) to optimize internal team workflows. Good to have: Basic understanding of frontend frameworks (React, Vue, HTML/CSS) to effectively communicate with development teams.

## Description

* End-to-End Product Design, prototype, and refine user interfaces for external mobile applications, consumer-facing webpages, and custom web-based applications.
 * Create data-rich, intuitive internal dashboards to support teams across sales, operations, aftersales, and finance.
 * Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for various screen sizes and platforms. User Experience Strategy & Research
 * Map out user journeys for homeowners exploring solar technology and flexible financing options.
 * Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on existing products.
 * Translate complex business requirements and workflows into simple, elegant, and user-friendly digital solutions. Design Systems & Collaboration
 * Build, maintain, and evolve Solviva's design system and UI component library to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
 * Collaborate closely with technical leads and full-stack developers to ensure seamless handoffs and the accurate implementation of designs.
 * Maintain comprehensive design documentation, brand guidelines, and UI assets.
