Technical Skills: * Strong understanding of project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Confluence, Azure DevOps). * Experience leading M365 implementations (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform). * Strong knowledge of cloud-based collaboration tools and enterprise IT infrastructure. * Enterprise-scale, multi-cloud and/or multi-org Salesforce experience. * Strong Salesforce architecture, governance, security, and platform operations knowledge.
