Must have: EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) experience, Min H.S Diploma or equivalent, Waystar Knowledge a plus., * In-depth Knowledge: Understanding of the EDI enrollment process.

 * Excellent communication and organizational skills.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

## Description

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated EDI/ERA Enrollment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the enrollment processes within EDI clearinghouses such as Waystar., * Complete Registration: Ensure registration is received and completed thoroughly and in a timely manner

 * Generate and Monitor EDI Agreements: Follow up on agreements to meet specific implementation deadlines
 * Monitor Accounts: Investigating and resolving enrollment denials, errors, and correspondence with payers
 * Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of the account throughout the enrollment process
 * Customer Service: Address customer requests in Service Plus for EDI clearinghouse issues, such as but not limited to, setting up new users, adding permission, adding workgroups.
 * Maintain working knowledge of workflow, systems, and tools used in the department
 * Other responsibilities as assigned
