* Minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on desktop support experience.
 * Experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing hardware and software in a Windows environment.
 * Working knowledge of basic networking concepts and troubleshooting techniques.
 * Strong communication and customer service skills.
 * Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout the service area.

## Description

* Provide desktop support for agency users in Windows-based environments.
 * Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair desktop hardware and software.
 * Diagnose and resolve technical issues both onsite and remotely.
 * Perform basic network troubleshooting and connectivity support.
 * Deliver outstanding customer service while responding to user requests and incidents.
 * Document issues, resolutions, and support activities as required.
