The Technical Delivery Lead will report to the Sr. Manager of Technical Delivery. In this role you will serve as the on-the-ground execution owner for one or more strategic technology programs, driving initiatives through planning, implementation, and closure while maintaining executive-ready delivery visibility for Blue Shield of California stakeholders.
