Position Summary: Provide Global IT MOM Support for Project Aejas. Zscaler security appliance / OT segmentation of all manufacturing equipment.

Background & Context: Support for manufacturing operations (OT/MOM) across global sites in AMER/EMEA/APAC.

Key Responsibilities: · Provide Global IT MOM Support for Project Aejas · Zscaler security appliance / OT segmentation of all manufacturing equipment · Deploys the release of new technologies for OT Machines as well as installs, configures, maintains and performs system integration testing of machine/application operating systems at the manufacturing machine level · Responsible for troubleshooting machine integrated application problems as reported by users · Provides new technical specifications to users based on application needs and anticipated growth, configuration, data extraction & retention, installs new machines and maintains the underlying infrastructure · Provide ongoing support, integration, monitoring and maintenance of the MOM applications · Ensures that all changes to quality-relevant systems are documented and performed according to application validation guidelines and processes · Will be Travelling up/to 40% Globally to all manufacturing sites AMER/EMEA/APAC
