This person own US-timezone support for employee devices, identity/access, and deployments-especially Microsoft Intune for Windows and Macs, Active Directory/Entra ID, SSO/MFA, Zoom administration, and hardware purchasing and lifecycle management. They'll also provide onsite support at the Milpitas facility and coordinate with IT teams in Europe and Ukraine for around-the-clock incident continuity.
