Working closely with the Head of CIB Banking and the CIB Banking Chief Operations Office (COO), you'll turn strategic priorities into a consistent performance management operating rhythm with clear governance, standardization and action tracking. The role spans pipeline and portfolio activity across sectors and regions and includes ownership of monthly business reviews and executive reporting. You'll also represent CIB Banking with Global Business, product areas and functions to align priorities and support a coordinated one HSBC approach. Success means high-quality management information, stronger tool adoption and clearer accountability that helps senior leaders make timely decisions.
