We are seeking a skilled Frontend Software Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team focused on building scalable, user-centric applications that support critical business operations. This role is heavily focused on React development, frontend architecture, testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate is a strong frontend engineer who is passionate about building modern web applications, writing quality code, and partnering closely with product, design, and engineering stakeholders. Candidates must be willing to relocate to or be located in Bentonville, AR to work alongside the team in-office and facilitate onboarding and ongoing collaboration., Design, develop, and maintain modern React-based web applications
Build reusable, scalable, and maintainable frontend components
Partner with product and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features
Write and maintain robust unit and functional tests
Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards and best practices
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality
Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing application enhancements
Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Contribute to architectural discussions and continuous improvement initiatives
