Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve platform, data pipeline, and performance issues. * Ability to administer cloud data platforms, including managing users, roles, security policies, and access controls. * Ability to optimize platform usage and cost through resource governance, workload management, and usage monitoring. * Knowledge of data governance practices, including data security, access auditing, and compliance requirements. * Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data integration, and data lifecycle management. * Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams and adapt to evolving cloud technologies. Licenses and Certifications * Snowflake, AWS or data platform certifications are a plus Working Conditions/Physical Demands Position requires working in an office environment where there some physical discomforts such as dust, dirt, noise, and the like are present. Ability to work off-hours and weekends for go-lives, testing and emergencies, as well as travel between office locations, primarily within NYC is required. Occasional meetings or clinical staff interactions in typical patient care areas may be required though direct patient exposure is not expected. Occasional moving of computer equipment or similar objects up to approximately 50lbs may be required to expedite projects. ## Description The Cloud Data Platform Engineer II is responsible for supporting and maintaining cloud-based data platforms, including system administration, data integration, and backend development.
