 * Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

## Description

* Own the iterative improvement of design system components and patterns, ensuring they scale across web and mobile products
 * Drive new system features from ideation through prototyping, user testing, and production delivery
 * Partner with Design and Engineering teams across the company to document, define, and evangelize scalable design patterns
 * Lead participation in design reviews, seeking specific feedback and incorporating relevant input to raise the quality bar
 * Execute on the design systems product roadmap and contribute to long-term systems strategy
