If placed at a location that is deemed a TWIC facility, the successful candidate must be willing and able to adhere to the TWIC credentialing requirements., * A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other Engineering Majors (i.e. Civil/Industrial/Materials) * A Graduation date of no later than September 2027. * A minimum requirement for this US-based position is the ability to work legally in the United States on a permanent basis. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process. Preferred Qualifications: * A preferred GPA of 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale) at your current university * Enrolled in an ABET accredited program Your Skills: * Process Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Identify operational issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions to improve plant performance, reliability, and efficiency. * Safety & Risk Management: Apply safety standards, recognize hazards, and support safe manufacturing operations while maintaining environmental compliance. * Continuous Improvement: Drive yield improvements, waste reduction, cost optimization, and operational excellence through data-driven decision making. * Technical Project Execution: Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, technology implementation, and process modifications from planning through completion. * Collaboration & Communication: Work effectively with operators, maintenance teams, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to solve problems and achieve business objectives., * Candidates should have no more than two (2) years of relevant full-time work experience post-graduation. This role is part of our Early Career Program and is designed for individuals early in their professional journey. ## Description Chemical Engineer (Key Roles: Production or Improvement Engineer) You will fill one of several technical resource roles where you will provide technical support to plant operating personnel to maintain safe, reliable, and efficient operations. Key responsibilities may include such items as manufacturing process troubleshooting and problem solving, preventive maintenance, yield and process improvements, waste reduction, safety enhancements, process control, cost optimization, project management and implementation, equipment design, and new technology implementation.
