This position will be responsible for managing the operational and technical aspects of assigned programs, ensuring successful delivery in accordance with established scope, schedule, budget, quality, and contractual requirements. The Technical Program Manager will serve as a key liaison between Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Production, Operations, Finance, and external customers. The successful candidate will possess a strong combination of technical expertise, program management experience, and business acumen, with a demonstrated history of successfully executing complex design, design-build, or EPC projects. This individual will establish program strategies, develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, manage cross-functional resources, identify and mitigate risks, resolve complex issues, and provide clear visibility into program performance. The role requires a highly organized and results-oriented professional who is capable of operating independently while effectively managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
