## About the Role

* Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, Gosu, PCF, Data Model, and Integrations.
 * Experience with GUnit, Gosu scripting, Guidewire Profiler, and performance tuning.
 * Expertise in code review, branch/merge management, and release support.
 * Exposure to Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and AI-assisted development.
 * Ability to identify and implement AI/GenAI use cases to improve productivity, testing, and delivery.
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

 * Experience working in distributed/onshore-offshore delivery models.
 * Strong problem-solving and production support experience.

## Description

Lead the design, development, and delivery of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions. Work closely with business, architecture, QA, product owners, and offshore teams to deliver scalable, high-quality applications., * Lead Guidewire PolicyCenter development and technical design activities.

 * Review requirements, provide effort estimates, and define implementation approaches.
 * Perform code reviews, release coordination, and production support.
 * Troubleshoot application, integration, performance, and production issues.
 * Support SIT, UAT, defect triage, deployments, and post-production fixes.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
