This role will focus primarily on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, with occasional involvement in Sales Cloud. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in Salesforce development, enjoys solving problems, takes ownership of their work, and is eager to continuously learn and grow. We value self-starters who can work independently, collaborate effectively with teammates, and proactively seek out opportunities to contribute., * Develop, maintain, and enhance Salesforce applications with a focus on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. * Analyze, troubleshoot, and improve existing Salesforce solutions, including legacy code and configurations. * Build and update integrations between Salesforce and internal/external platforms. * Support case management and customer support-related business processes. * Collaborate with technical leads and teammates to design and implement scalable solutions. * Work independently to investigate issues, drive solutions, and determine when collaboration or escalation is needed. * Document solutions and maintain clean, maintainable code. * Demonstrate a proactive mindset by identifying opportunities for improvement and taking on additional work when capacity allows. * Continuously learn and expand Salesforce knowledge, tools, and best practices.
